Adds three new player-level notification toggles in Settings. Ability Cast Notifications (off by default; ability cast popups can be noisy at high cast frequency), Passive Proc Notifications (on by default; see when one of your passives triggers), and Luck Drop Notifications (on by default; toggle the "Lucky!" popup that fires when a luck bonus grants an extra drop).

Updates

• New: Ability Cast Notifications toggle. Settings page, off by default. When off, the popup that appears each time you successfully cast an active ability is suppressed; sounds, particles, and cooldowns still fire normally.
• New: Passive Proc Notifications toggle. Settings page, on by default. Surfaces when your passive abilities trigger (perfect-dodge counters, on-hit, on-kill, on-finisher procs). Turn off if your build has many passives and the popups get noisy.
• New: Luck Drop Notifications toggle. Settings page, on by default. Controls the "Lucky!" popup that fires when a luck bonus grants you an extra drop from gathering or mob kills.
• Settings menu unchanged otherwise. Existing toggles (XP gains, combat effects, crit, lifesteal, defense, fall, combo, online status, quest notifications, language, XP threshold) behave exactly as before. Your saved preferences from 1.1.5 carry over.
